SummaryWe are seeking a high‑performing Digital & Multi‑Platform Media Sales Executive with a strong hunter mentality and a passion for driving revenue across an expansive advertising ecosystem. Located in the Windsor area, this client‑facing role is ideal for a seller motivated by the opportunity to deliver integrated advertising solutions spanning Video, Audio and OOH.
Key Responsibilities Integrated Solution Selling- Develop multi‑platform sales presentations featuring advertising strategies that combine Video, Audio and OOH into measurable, results‑driven client solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling, insights‑driven proposals tailored to client objectives, leveraging the full power of Bell Media’s integrated ecosystem.
- Champion Bell Media’s cross‑platform value proposition ensuring clients understand the strategic advantages of integrated campaigns.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring Bell Media remains a long‑term strategic partner.
- Identify client needs and proactively bring forward innovative, multi‑channel solutions that drive business results.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across Video, Audio and OOH.
- Cultivate a consistent pipeline of prospects and convert new categories and advertisers into loyal Bell Media partners.
- Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting to proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution—updating Salesforce throughout.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to support revenue planning within Salesforce.
- 5+ years of advertising sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with digital media backgrounds.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the integrated media landscape (Video, Audio and OOH).
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented.
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
