Be a key player in driving occupancy as a Sales and Leasing Manager in Belle River, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on maintaining rental suites and fostering community relationships.
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Leasing Manager to join our retirement community team. You will be responsible for maximizing occupancy through effective sales strategies and proactive outreach. This role entails managing inquiries, organizing personal visits, and building trust with prospective residents and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive occupancy and exceed sales goals
• Manage leads and inquiries from prospective clients
• Schedule visits and provide follow-up communication
• Build relationships with potential residents and families
• Maintain partnerships in the regional community
Requirements:
• Experience in sales or marketing focused on customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the local community
• Class G/Class 5 driver’s license and clear abstract
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
