Join Royal York Property Management as an Inbound Sales Consultant and transform property owner interactions into successful partnerships. Deliver impactful demos and close qualified leads effectively.
In this role, you'll speak with property owners interested in management services, helping them see the value of our offerings. With 3-5 years in high-ticket sales, your expertise will guide owners through the onboarding process. You will manage multiple client conversations while ensuring each interaction is professional and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify property owner needs and details
• Provide clear explanations of services offered
• Run video demo calls confidently and professionally
• Guide owners through the sales call closing
• Maintain updated and organized CRM records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s preferred or relevant experience
• 3-5+ years in inside or consultative sales
• Proven ability to engage warm leads
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable managing several active leads
