Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a certified wholesale dealer network.
Grow a national account program using relationships to partner with large franchise IRF networks.
Build and maintain an IAM distribution network.
Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale dealers, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for growth are identified.
Sales Development - Collaborate with wholesale dealers to identify opportunities in Wholesale Distribution (WD), and Truckload (TL) sales.
Prospect for new WD, and Truckload customers to expand the customer base.
Order Management - Assist dealers in obtaining, administering, and executing orders for Stocking & Expansion.
Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained through effective management of X-Plans to limit inventory disruptions.
Act as the liaison between headquarters (HQ), wholesale distributors (WDs), and MSXI to ensure synergy in operations.
Manage dealer and WD communications regarding Wholesale Elite and VIPR programs and performance levels.
Handle the addition of new parts to the RSL as well as manage supersessions effectively and monitor RSL margin changes to ensure profitability.

The salary range for this role is $98,500 - $125,000 annually.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in wholesale distribution, sales, or inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Cognos, Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with dealers and customers.
Ability to work collaboratively & independently across departments and with external partners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
