Sales Consultant Trainee

Sysco is looking for a Sales Consultant Trainee to assist the District Sales Manager and cover key business functions. In this position, you will help drive business-to-business sales, offer exceptional customer service, and work towards achieving set sales goals. Throughout six months, you will build essential skills for transitioning into a Sales Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic account planning and customer management

• Analyze market trends to develop customer-centric solutions

• Leverage sales technology for consultative services

• Ensure compliance with Sysco’s Food Safety Policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred

• Strong skills in consultative selling and negotiations

• Solid analytical problem-solving capabilities

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
