• Developing and managing relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales of company products.
• Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions for the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers.
• Defining, building, implementing and monitoring Sales Plan, including sales strategies, targets, and priorities.
• Creating action plans for defined sales targets and working with suppliers to execute those plans.
• Educating customers and staff on products; managing customer sample and educational stock levels.
• Managing customer payments and credit in coordination with credit managers, including collections, credit recommendations, and AR adjustments within set rules.

• Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset.
• College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations.
• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Ability to travel.

Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000 (not including commissions)
