Urban Barn, a leading Canadian retailer with over 50 stores, is looking for a part-time Sales Associate. You’ll assist customers in their home décor decisions while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. This role requires working flexible shifts, including weekends and weekdays, while collaborating with the store team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers in selecting décor items wisely
• Provide warm greetings to incoming customers
• Build customer loyalty through personal connections
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
• Proficiency with technology, including Point-of-Sale systems
• Flexible availability for at least 3 shifts per week
• Capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
