The Media Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kingsville, ON, responsible for selling advertising and marketing solutions across Best Version Media’s print, digital, and online presence products. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting local businesses, conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored advertising solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

The Media Sales Specialist will also educate clients on product offerings, track performance of campaigns, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and renewals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide responsive support.
• Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing deals in a business-to-business environment.
• Background in Training or coaching clients on marketing solutions, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently.
• Sales Management or account management experience, including pipeline management and relationship development, is an asset.
• Knowledge of local marketing, advertising, or media sales, especially with print and digital channels.
• Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role with regular local travel to visit businesses.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
