In this role at MOVATI Athletic, you will be pivotal in delivering a superb experience to both potential and current members. As an Account Representative, your responsibilities will include nurturing business accounts and generating sales leads to meet membership goals. You will assist current members on their journey towards fitness, helping them feel welcomed and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads to exceed membership sales targets

• Develop strong relationships with current members

• Provide answers and resolve membership questions

• Ensure guests feel comfortable and welcome

• Assist members in reaching their health objectives

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in sales/customer service

• Related education in health and fitness is an asset

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or fitness preferred

• Excellent relationship-building abilities

• Sales and marketing certifications are a plus
