Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business via referrals and networking

• Assess and recommend appropriate insurance coverage

• Quote and sell Personal Lines including Auto and Home

• Develop Commercial Lines opportunities based on expertise

• Maintain accurate client documentation in Broker Management System

Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline

• Commitment to ethical insurance practices

• 1+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
