About The Opportunity   This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take charge, lead from the front, and own the delivery of top-tier residential roofing projects.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll take the reins on‑site, coordinating teams, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard, safely, efficiently, and with pride.

Key Responsibilities    Oversee job sequencing, safety, and quality control
Lead and supervise roofing crews across multiple sites
Represent company values and set the standard on‑site
Maintain daily site operations and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Take ownership of on‑site troubleshooting and smooth project delivery
About You   You’re confident on the tools but also know how to lead. You enjoy working in a high‑performing environment where your contribution matters, and you’re not afraid to step up and take charge.
You’ll Bring    A current driver’s licence and White Card
Solid hands‑on experience in metal roofing
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Strong leadership and site management capabilities
Physically fit with a sharp eye for detail and workmanship
Working at Heights and high‑risk licences (advantageous)
A sound understanding of roofing systems, flashings, and installs
