Become a part of our well-established renovation team, specializing in high-rise apartments. We need skilled contractors for ongoing home improvement projects.

With over 50 years of experience, our general contracting firm excels in high-rise residential renovations throughout Windsor and Leamington. The role involves managing various installations and repairs while maintaining a consistent workflow. Successful candidates must have problem-solving abilities and will need to provide their own tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install sliding closet doors and laminate countertops

• Conduct drywall repairs and paint finishes

• Handle floor tile, tub, and backsplash installations

• Complete cabinetry installations and miscellaneous carpentry

• Follow task schedules and maintain project timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of contracting experience

• Clean driver's abstract and valid Ontario license

• Strong problem-solving skills on-site

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Ability to manage tasks effectively
