As a Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will oversee equipment maintenance and repair, working in a temperature-controlled environment. Your expertise will contribute to maximizing production efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives as you maintain high-volume production machines. Compliance with safety protocols and effective communication will be crucial in your daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain production machinery

• Lead preventive maintenance activities for equipment

• Diagnose operational challenges and implement solutions

• Uphold departmental cleanliness and safety standards

• Complete necessary documentation and compliance checks

Requirements:

• Licensed Electrician (309A/442A), Millwright (433A/426A) or Toolmaker (430A)

• Relevant secondary education or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with high-volume production processes

• Driven and energetic with strong teamwork skills

• Effective communicator to ensure team morale
