General Labor (Day and Night - Seasonal) Ever Line Coatings and Services is an asphalt and concrete maintenance and specialty coating company based in Leamington, Ontario. We are rapidly growing and primarily service the Windsor area, but also work with clients throughout Southwestern Ontario.
We are looking for key people to join our team. The candidate will be expected to work 40-50 hours per week with some weekends and overtime required.
Job Overview The Pavement Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the production of asphalt and concrete maintenance projects and the application of coatings from start to finish while delivering value to our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining daily communication with the Owner, managing safety and hazards, and planning and facilitating the production of high‑quality asphalt maintenance jobs.

Clean driving record (driving record check required for successful candidates)

Flexibility to travel out of town to complete jobs when needed
Ability to work in a physically demanding role and walk for long distances
Ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally

Experience with small engines and operating equipment (skid‑steer)
Experience with paint sprayers
Open attitude towards trying new approaches to completing tasks

Engineering education background beneficial for this type of work
Pay rate is between $25-30 per hour, commensurate with skill, dependability, and experience. Overtime after 88 hours bi‑weekly will be banked at 1.5x (time and a half).

March-April.
