Responsibilities
Paint walls, ceilings, doors, hallways, shelving in Apartment Units.
Prepare surfaces to be plastered.
Fill in nicks and cuts in ceilings, walls, and partitions using plaster.
Repair walls with drywall.
Sand areas after each coat making drywall paint‑ready.
Drywall Repairs, Taping and Plastering.
Drywall installation is considered an asset.
Framing with metal studs considered an asset.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience.
Own tools required; they are not supplied.
Quality and speed are assessed.
Able to problem solve on‑site and off‑site.
Ability to follow and complete a daily, weekly & monthly task schedule.
