In this role, hands-on involvement is key as you perform tasks from demolition to setup of drying equipment. Your ability to communicate and empathize will assist in guiding people through their stressful times. Readiness for 24/7 on-call work is essential as emergencies can arise unexpectedly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct demolition of affected structures
• Implement and monitor drying processes
• Clean and restore water-damaged areas
• Complete necessary restoration tasks
• Support emergency events with urgency
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in restoration or trades
• Relevant experience as a Water Damage Technician
• Valid IICRC certification is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call
