Your position will ensure that our customers receive prompt and courteous service. This full-time role includes standard hours and continuous training to enhance your skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain food service equipment efficiently

• Quickly respond to service calls and preventive maintenance requests

• Communicate with customers to ensure quality service satisfaction

• Manage parts inventory aboard your service vehicle

• Collaborate with peers on best practices for repairs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a technician role

• Technical training or diploma is preferable

• Exceptional customer service and analytical skills

• Proficient in 110v to 220v systems

• Driver's license required along with the ability to lift 50+ lbs
