Elevate your mechanical skills at Transit Windsor as a Licensed Motor Mechanic. This regular full-time role focuses on vehicle repairs, preventative maintenance, and collaborative teamwork.
Transit Windsor is seeking a Licensed Motor Mechanic to perform comprehensive maintenance and repairs on its fleet. Expect to manage inspections, troubleshoot issues, and operate diagnostic equipment. Your ability to write detailed reports and communicate effectively will play a crucial part in maintaining safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on motorized vehicles and equipment
• Validate safety inspections and regulations compliance
• Diagnose complex vehicle issues and carry out repairs
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics clearly
• Conduct on-street repairs and towing as required
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma required
• Must possess Certificate of Qualification 310T
• Hold a valid Class G Driver's Licence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Certificate of Qualification 310S considered valuable
