As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be crucial in maintaining U-Haul facilities. This role focuses on general repairs, preventive maintenance, and participating in training programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and repairs
• Use diverse hand and power tools for maintenance tasks
• Participate in emergency on-call shifts
• Track and manage maintenance records

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Age 18 or older mandatory
• D.O.T certification eligibility (sponsor available)
• Capable of assisting or lifting items over 50 lbs
