Lead commercial roofing installations with crew supervision, safety oversight, and production coordination across industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings.
Flynn is seeking a Foreman Roofer to supervise crews installing commercial roofing systems. The work includes Modified Bitumen, BUR, TPO, EPDM, and Coatings. You will interpret blueprints, manage field administration, and maintain safety reporting for each project.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise crews installing commercial roofing systems safely
- Coordinate production on industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret roofing blueprints and specifications
- Manage timekeeping, materials, and equipment use
- Complete required safety reporting activities
- Experience with commercial roofing systems and installations
- Ability to supervise and coordinate roofing crews
- Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
- Ability to manage timekeeping and material administration
- Ability to support safe production practices
