Apply PLC troubleshooting and customer support skills as a Laserax Field Technician traveling nationally and internationally. Install, repair, and service laser systems.
This Field Technician supports Laserax customers through technical assistance and service contracts. The work includes PLC, HMI, and Drive programming, laser-system debugging, and remote or on-site interventions. You will also support system start-up, integration, customer training, and after-sales follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair alarms and failures remotely or on-site
- Program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and Drive systems
- Debug and recalibrate Laserax laser systems
- Participate in system start-up and integration
- Provide technical assistance by phone and email
- Engineering education or relevant training and experience
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Availability for national and international travel
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs
Bring electrical, controls, and communication skills to Laserax customer service, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and field support.
