As a Handyworker, you will be an essential part of our property maintenance team, responsible for crucial repair and installation tasks independently. Your expertise in general maintenance will help ensure that our managed properties are well-maintained. This position requires proven experience, a reliable vehicle, and tools necessary for all assigned work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete residential maintenance and repair work
• Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance
• Install and remove lockboxes efficiently
• Replace HVAC filters and perform routine maintenance
• Repair doors, locks, faucets, and common fixtures
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of handyman or related experience
• Own reliable vehicle and necessary tools
• Proficient smartphone with GPS capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Punctual and reliable for appointments
