Accounts Payable Clerk
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounts Payable Clerk job in Windsor, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will preferably also have experience with Sage software.
This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $23.00 and $27.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH’s benefit programs (details below). If/when you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities- Entering and processing vendor invoices with 3-way match
- Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Providing excellent customer service
- Scanning invoices into the database
- Assisting with continuous improvement projects and special projects as needed
- All other related tasks as required
- At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Hourly rate between $23.00 and $27.00
