Be the Backbone That Keeps Projects Moving
Imagine walking into a role where organization matters, details matter, and the work you do every day directly impacts the success of projects that will stand for decades. At High Plains Steel Services, we build more than steel structures. We build trust, excellence, and strong relationships through disciplined execution, clear communication, and people who take ownership of their work.
Why You'll Love Working at High PlainsWe're proud of our work and how we do it. Our projects move fast, but so does our commitment to supporting one another and doing things the right way.
Give a DamnWe're all in. We stay ahead of problems, follow through on commitments, and take pride in the details that keep projects moving.

At High Plains, you'll have the tools, systems, and support to do your best work while playing a critical role in helping projects stay organized, compliant, and on track.
