Schedule:
Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM (60+ hours/week)
- Operate excavators (track hoes) and skid steers safely and efficiently.
- Perform site civil construction work including:
- Excavation
- Trenching
- Grading
- Material movement
- Assist with concrete demolition and site preparation.
- Complete daily equipment inspections.
- Follow all site safety and project procedures.
- Support field crews to maintain project schedules.
- 2+ years operating excavators/track hoes and skid steers.
- Experience on commercial or industrial construction sites.
- Strong site civil construction experience.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to start quickly.
- Concrete demolition experience.
- Data center or large-scale construction project experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Windsor, CO.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
