Job Description

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor. As a Games Attendant you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests. You are knowledgeable on all of our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interest and needs. You monitor event activities and safety protocols, and you make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes.

You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, acting as an ambassador of FUN.
• Monitor activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe.
• Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
• Ensure the games and Winners Choice are clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser‑tag vests.
• Partner with the Technical Team to report wear‑and‑tear and damage to games or equipment.
• Perform opening, mid‑day or closing duties.

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset.
• Technologically savvy and willing to learn new things.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Compensation ranges from $14.42 to $15.92 per hour (salary range $15.16 – $15.74).
