The PT will evaluate patients, develop and execute a care plan, and coordinate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes. A strong focus on documentation and compliance is required, with supervision of PTAs as needed.
The role requires 6 months of experience (6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates) and BLS plus state licensure. Start date is 11/30/2026, 40 hours per week, days shift.
