Kana Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and process cash and credit card transactions. You will monitor room availability and communicate hotel amenities to guests.
You will respond promptly to guest inquiries, balance cash drawer, and assist with promotional items. One year hospitality experience and a High School diploma are preferred; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
