Business Analyst (AI Training) About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain knowledge, strong leadership instincts, and a sharp eye for analytical quality.

- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists working on AI training projects
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
- Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and development support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations
- Experienced team lead with a track record of managing and developing analytical talent
- Strong business domain knowledge across areas like finance, economics, consulting, or strategy
- Naturally detail-oriented — you spot logical gaps, weak reasoning, and quality issues others miss
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working across distributed, asynchronous teams
- Self-driven and structured in how you manage your own workload and your team’s output
- No prior AI or machine learning experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-focused project work
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to provide detailed, constructive feedback and structured annotations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or content review workflows
- Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language model (LLM) evaluation as an end user
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside the world’s leading research labs
