How you will spend your time as a Maintenance Machinist:Design and fabricate machined parts and manufacturing tools using lathes, mills, drills, welding equipment, and other fabrication tools.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and process equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
Support equipment installations, modifications, and improvement projects.
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled maintenance activities.
Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Maintain documentation and records in compliance with GMP and company standards.
Maintain spare parts and tooling inventory for machine shop operations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Assist with training and sharing knowledge across the maintenance team.

Skills & experience we would like you to have as a Maintenance Machinist:6+ years of machinist experience supporting manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering environments.
Experience operating manual machining equipment, including lathes, mills, drills, grinders, and welding equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving abilities.
Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators.
High mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an active manufacturing environment.
Strong hands-on machining, fabrication, and welding experience (TIG, MIG, and stick).
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
Advanced troubleshooting, fabrication, and repair capabilities across complex manufacturing equipment and systems are preferred.
Experience leading projects, mentoring technicians, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
Experience coordinating with vendors, engineering teams, and cross-functional departments preferred.
Pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
Solid Works or similar CAD experience preferred.
