Cleanroom Assembler – 1st and 2nd Shift Shifts & Pay:
- 1st:
Mon-Fri, 5:45 AM-2:15 PM – $17/hour - 2nd:
Mon-Thurs, 2:30 PM-1 AM – $18/hour
- Accurately count and verify quantities of small metal components to ensure order accuracy
- Assemble and package custom parts using hand tools and detailed work instructions
- Ensure correct parts are matched to customer orders and specifications
- Maintain organization and efficiency throughout assembly and production processes
- Review product details and specifications to support accuracy and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks
- Experience or comfort working with small parts and hand tools
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and custom specifications
- Strong organizational skills and focus in a production environment
- Willingness to learn new processes and expand technical skills
- Interest in long-term employment with growth and advancement opportunities
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus

This position is based in a cleanroom setting with specific attire guidelines. Employees must follow dress standards to maintain product quality and cleanliness.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 – $18.00/hr.
