Shift Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor at Anheuser-Busch, you'll lead frontline teams in a high-volume Beverage & Food Operations environment to safely brew, package, and ship world-class brands. In the Manufacturing & Production department, you will oversee daily line performance, manage schedules, and drive adherence to quality, safety, and GMP standards. You'll analyze production data, reduce losses, and champion continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Partnering closely with maintenance, quality, and logistics, you'll troubleshoot issues, coach technicians, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture rooted in ownership, innovation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production teams to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Oversee day-to-day high-speed packaging and brewing line operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and GMP standards.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze production data, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma and 5
• S methodologies.
• Plan labor, create schedules, and manage staffing for multiple shifts.
• Conduct root cause analyses for quality, safety, and performance issues.
• Train and develop operators and technicians on procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with quality, logistics, and supply teams to ensure on-time shipments.
