General Technician

As a General Technician at Anheuser-Busch, you'll support daily brewery operations by maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll perform preventive maintenance, assist with changeovers, and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Partnering with operators, engineers, and supervisors, you'll use data and standard work practices to drive continuous improvement while upholding strict safety and cleanliness expectations across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on brewery production equipment and utilities systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to reduce downtime and maintain line efficiency
• Support equipment changeovers, setups, and calibrations to meet production schedules
• Monitor equipment performance, quality parameters, and safety conditions, escalating concerns as needed
• Follow and promote all safety, LOTO, and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Document maintenance work, inspections, and parts usage in maintenance systems or logs
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, and supervisors to resolve recurring issues and improve reliability
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
