Pelican Lakes Golf Course Job Overview

The Outside Service Attendant is responsible for working on a team or independently performing a wide range of duties that allow the golf course to run effectively. Duties include cleaning golf carts, maintaining the range, and providing service for customers. The employee conducts themselves professionally and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requires knowledge of Pelican Lakes Golf Club’s company policies and procedures.

Location:

Windsor, CO. Job Type: Part-time.

• Manage carts: cleaning, stocking, and rotating carts throughout their shifts.
• Pick the range, clean range balls, and keep the range and ball machine stocked.
• Store, charge, and pull carts from the cart barn.
• Keep the cart barn clean and organized on an hourly basis.
• Empty all trash bins at the end of the day before the course is shut down.
• Help stage carts during tournaments and assist in any other duties assigned.
• Shuttle golfers or customers to necessary places on the course safely.
• Monitor & maintain an attractive and orderly appearance in and around the cart barn.
• Be self-motivated with a desire to be service and customer-focused with a professional attitude and appearance.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all company policies, services, procedures & standards.
• Demonstrate professional behavior and work ethic.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to operate a golf cart and other equipment safely.
• Normal vision and hearing ranges required.
• Able to work outdoors in cold or hot weather.
