- Be the critical support engine behind a successful sales team across two territories

- Own and maintain CRM accuracy as the source of truth for all territory activity
- Manage quotes, pricing, and order processing from submission through delivery confirmation
- Track orders, communicate timelines, and proactively resolve issues before they impact the customer
- Support post-sale follow‑through, including delivery verification, renewals, and ongoing customer needs
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams on order status and coordination
- Generate reports and provide visibility into pipeline activity and territory performance
- Support sales reps with proposals, scheduling, and territory planning activities
- Help free up sales leaders’ time so they can focus on selling and growing accounts

- 3+ years of B2B experience in sales support, inside sales, operations, or customer service
- Experience with CRM systems (ZOHO preferred; Salesforce or Hub Spot also considered)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to proactively manage tasks and follow through without constant direction
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience supporting field sales teams in healthcare, medical supply, or distribution environments
- Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor coordination, or recurring order management
- Background in quoting, proposals, or contract support
