Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air in Windsor, CO is hiring a mechanical problem solver to join us full-time precisely installing heating and air conditioning systems. This is your chance to boost your career potential and learn new things while helping others stay cool and comfortable.

Job Area: Our service range covers Northern Colorado.

Pay: Our HVAC Installers earn $20.00 to $40.00 per hour (based on experience) and are eligible for a SPIFF incentive.

Schedule: You'll work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Accurately installing heating and air conditioning equipment
• Performing routine maintenance like cleaning and inspecting systems
• Connecting electrical wiring and controls
• Working with team members to complete efficient, high-quality installations
• Following safety guidelines and building codes
• Answering client questions, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service

• EPA certification
• 1+ years of experience as an installer or service technician
• Strong mechanical and HVAC system knowledge
• Ability to repair and maintain heating and air conditioning equipment
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to work overhead, in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
