Restoration Technician

Job Title

Restoration Technician – Windsor, CO

Temporary to hire opportunity. Works Monday‑Friday 8 am–5 pm with overtime as needed. Must pass a background check (no DUI's/DWI's) and drug screen. IICRC certification is a plus.

$20 to $25 per hour.

• Respond to residential and commercial water and fire loss events and perform mitigation services.
• Perform daily site checks and maintain daily logs.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, building owners, and project managers.
• Assist in removing building and hazardous materials.
• Set up equipment in accordance with IICRC S500.
• Effectively manage technicians and temporary labor.
• Maintain job‑site cleanliness and containment, manage housekeeping requirements.

• Experience working in the field with contractors and clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Safety‑conscious approach during all work activities.
• Mechanical or construction skills a plus.
• Valid Driver's License, no DUI's/DWI's.
• Background check and initial drug screen.

Must be able to walk around job sites, climb scaffolding, lift objects over 50 lbs, and occasionally lift tools or materials overhead.

• Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm with overtime as needed.
• On call.
• Weekend availability.

• Driver's License (required).
• IICRC certifications a plus.
• OSHA certifications a plus.
