Traveling Maintenance Tech

Richmark Property Management is seeking a Traveling Maintenance Tech to support our residential rental portfolio across the Denver area. In this field-based role, you'll travel between single-family and multifamily properties to complete work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues, conducting inspections, and responding to emergencies. You'll interact directly with residents and property managers, ensuring prompt, professional service and high-quality property care in a resident-focused, integrity-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned residential properties to complete maintenance requests and unit turns
• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on building systems and apartment interiors
• Diagnose and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues
• Conduct property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and recommend repairs
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts used, and time spent
• Communicate professionally with residents, property managers, and vendors
• Participate in on-call rotation for urgent maintenance needs
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working order
