Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

- Contribute to day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and General Ledger
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to provide financial insight and visibility
- Assist with cost accounting activities as needed, including inventory and manufacturing-related analysis
- Manage external audits and coordinate with outside accountants or advisors
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting as the company scales
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of financial controlling, reporting, and general ledger accounting
- Experience working closely with AP and AR functions
- Exposure to cost accounting in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel; experience improving accounting processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
