Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking two experienced Accounts Receivable Collector to join their client's team in Hartford County, Connecticut. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and has a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure prompt payment from clients.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to billing and payments.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
The position requires a commitment to working Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
