Accounting Associate – Windsor, CT
Our team is partnering with a well‑established and growing client in Windsor, CT to add an Accounting Associate to their expanding accounting team.

- Manage full‑cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and ERP system entry
- Process ACH, wire, and check payments
- Reconcile vendor statements, monitor aging reports, and resolve discrepancies
- Post cash receipts, prepare deposits, and apply payments within the ERP system
- Research unapplied cash and resolve billing or payment variances
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within an accounting team
Salary: $50,000-$62,000
