- Maintain and analyze standard costs for manufactured products
- Perform inventory costing, inventory reconciliations, and manufacturing accounting activities
- Analyze production, labor, and inventory variances while providing actionable recommendations
- Reconcile inventory and metal accounts
- Support cycle counts and annual physical inventories
- Monitor labor reporting and production activity for accuracy
- Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Prepare product costing and profitability analyses
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Partner with operations to improve financial reporting and manufacturing performance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, or inventory accounting experience preferred
- We are also open to strong Staff Accountants looking to transition into manufacturing accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems are a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively across finance and operations
