- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements and supporting reports
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances
- Support annual audits and coordinate requests from external auditors
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards
- Partner cross-functionally with operational and finance leaders on special projects
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen reporting efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA designation or active pursuit preferred
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and work papers
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Public accounting or complex corporate accounting experience highly valued
