Job Responsibilities

  • Prep returned mail and back‑end mail, including looking up items as needed in the administration system.
  • Scan documents and log overnight packages into an overnight tracking database.
  • Count and batch documents for scanning, ensuring tasks are separated appropriately.
  • Record batch information and troubleshoot scanning errors to ensure accurate images for indexing and business processes.
  • Assist with sorting mail and filing case mail as time permits.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One or more years of experience in an office, operations, or imaging/mailroom environment.
  • Ability to routinely lift or move 20–50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of imaging and mailroom equipment operations.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Dependable and a good team player.
Compensation

Annual base salary range: $41,600 USD. Voya offers incentive opportunities based on role performance. Compensation is competitive and may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
