Administrative Assistant

Our client in Windsor, Connecticut is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their team. This role reports directly to the Project Manager and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, computer savvy, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and Project Manager.
  • Draft letters and prepare correspondence.
  • Manage email communications and assist with routine follow-up.
  • Prepare mailings and coordinate outgoing correspondence.
  • Create, update, and format documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Support reporting and other office-related projects as needed.
