Training Administrator

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate MAC certification and recertification in alignment with state regulations and internal training standards.
• Serve as the Medication Administration Coordinator for DDS.
• Enroll staff into required learning programs and maintain roster accuracy across systems.
• Ensure class assignments, waitlists, cancellations, and rescheduling tasks are processed accurately and on time.
• Communicate enrollment confirmations, instructions, and reminders to learners and supervisors.
• Schedule and administer DDS MAC recertification test.
• Monitor MAC compliance status, overdue trends, and elevate risks to the Associate Director.
• Function as receptionist for Vinfen Training Center.
• Enter MAC certification expiration dates into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Regularly update the training database with MAC annual and recertification dates.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in training or human services operations, or minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative support function.
• MS Office computer skills and database experience.
• Experience using an LMS such as Relias is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR & First Aid and Safety Care within 90 days of hire.
