- The Onsite Relationship Specialist supports the daily operations of a General Office by serving as the primary point of contact for agents, clients, and visitors while providing administrative support to the Managing Partner and leadership team.
- Responsibilities include customer service, office administration, accounts payable and receivable coordination, meeting preparation, facility coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple administrative responsibilities while delivering exceptional service.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and management team
- Serve as the first point of contact for agents and clients
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional front desk environment
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Process agent payment requests and operational expenses
- Reconcile purchase cards
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Distribute correspondence in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting preparation
- Assist with facility management and maintenance requests
