Service​/Parts Department Driver

Position:
Service and Parts Department Driver at Mitchell Selig Ford.

This is a Full Time Position – Monday through Friday from 7:30am – 4:30pm with an hour lunch each day.

This position interacts daily with the Administrative Assistants, Managers, Customers, Vendors and part warehouses.

• Deliver automotive parts & equipment to customers, satellite stores and vendors.
• Pick up & Drop off customers.
• Exchange vehicles (Dealership to Dealership/Auction).
• Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers' house or place of business.
• Lead yourself and the team in a way that supports our Company Vision and Mission.
• Inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the dealership and report any damage immediately.
• Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles and goods to their destined locations.
• Deliver important documents to our main office in Simsbury, CT and back to us at the dealership as required.
• Daily trash runs to the back of the building.
• Keep wheel weights in stock for the service department.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (helpful).
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
