Tsugami America is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional who can confidently manage several active repair and parts projects in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating complex workflows, communicating with multiple teams, and staying calm under pressure while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Summary of Responsibility

The Parts and Rotary Repair Project Coordinator prepares return repair paperwork, creates work orders, tracks and updates rebuild statuses, updates and communicates timelines with vendors, distributors and customers, and generates purchase orders, quotes, and invoicing. This role aims to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction by performing the duties listed below:

As a Parts & Repair Project Coordinator, you’ll serve as a central point of coordination between customers, vendors, distributors, and internal departments to ensure repair and parts projects move efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple repair and rebuild projects simultaneously
  • Create and manage work orders, purchase orders, quotes, and invoices
  • Track timelines, project status updates, and vendor communications
  • Maintain highly accurate records and electronic audit files
  • Communicate project progress clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure all documentation, approvals, and order details are completed accurately
  • Help resolve issues quickly to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Work cross-functional with service, parts, operations, and management teams

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, customer support, operations, or administrative coordination

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
  • ERP or Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving business environment
