Getting To Know The Opportunity

The basic function of this job is to prep returned mail and back‑end mail, looking up items as needed in the administration systems. In addition, the position involves scanning documents, logging overnight packages into an overnight database, and assisting with sorting and filing case mail as time permits.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year experience in an office, operations, or imaging/mailroom environment
  • Ability to routinely lift and move 20-50 pounds
  • Knowledge of operating imaging and mail room equipment
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work
  • Good organizational skills
  • Dependable and a good team player
Responsibilities
  • Prep returned mail and back‑end documents using the appropriate barcode coversheet, including lookup of information in the administration system as needed.
  • Log contents of overnight packages in the overnight tracking database.
  • Count and batch documents for scanning, ensuring tasks are appropriately separated.
  • Scan documents into the image system and record batch information, troubleshooting any scanning errors so accurate images move to indexing and business.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Compensation Pay Disclosure

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The annual base salary range for this position is USD 41,600. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Actual compensation offered may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and skill level.
